  2. If you have provided wrong or incomplete birth details or other important information.
  3. If the report gets delayed due to high order volume, festive rush, or unavoidable reasons, but work has already started.
  4. If the service or digital file has already been delivered to you.
  5. Instant downloadable or digital products are non-refundable once sent.
